Um, no. The Tribe would have paid him from the untold millions the tribe gets from gaming, tobacco, concerts, etc.

He did the work, why shouldn't go into his "pocket"? Where would you have it go?

And if it is stimulus - which purports to stimulate job creation and retention (cough, cough) - why do you insist, advocate he give it back?

That runs contrary to the very purpose which you support!
