Charlie Sheen has donated 25,000 dollars to help tornado relief in Alabama, following up his promise to help survivors.
The head of Tuscaloosa?s tourism agency says Charlie gave money that came though his fundraising website.
Charlie visited Tuscaloosa after the April tornadoes and talked about staging a relief show and celebrity ball game to raise money. Staley says those plans didn?t materialise, but the actor donated the money shortly before Thanksgiving.
Some people criticised Sheen for coming to Alabama after his firing from the hit CBS show Two and a Half Men, and some didn?t expect him to follow through on his promises.
Tourism head Don Staley says Charlie gave the money without making any public announcement.
